A festival which celebrates artists living and working in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is set to return next month.
HF ArtsFest, which is described as an ‘inclusive, open arts event for all’ is back for its fifth year and will run from 2 – 10 June 2018.
The week-long event will include 200 events, workshops and performances across multiple artistic disciplines, including dance, circus, live music, the visual arts, film and literature. Over 100 arts partners will also be involved, hosting events at venues throughout the borough.
Admission to most of the performances and events is free.
A popular cultural event, which draws crowds from across the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and beyond, HF ArtsFest celebrates the talents of local artists while making the arts accessible to all.
Just some of the events in the programme include a mobile phone filmmaking workshop, ‘Rockin’ the Community’, a live music event, the opportunity to get involved in an Amici Dance Theatre Company workshop, art drawing classes, and the chance to see a selection of art curated for Amnesty International.
The programme of events is excitingly varied, with something for everyone. There are also multiple events aimed at children and families, which you can read about here.
