Gas safety certificate charge = £120 including VAT

EPC = £120 including VAT

Administration fee (for preparing tenancy agreements) = £162 including VAT, and registration with the TDS = £78 (including VAT)

Inventory check in / check out charges = £120 including VAT to £360 including VAT, depending on the size of the property.

Serving Section 21 = £120 including VAT
